What's included?
UX Research
We'll conduct user experience research with a diverse but representative group of employees to outline current workflows and identify any pain points or opportunities in those workflows. Then, with key performance indicators in mind, we'll analyze our research to pinpoint some of the best ways that your team can use AI.
Resources
We're creating a growing vault of educational content that you'll gain access to which includes material on understanding AI and how it works, best practices for prompt engineering, and more.
Workshops
Every month, we'll create four tailored workshops that will provide your team with the foundation to use AI in practical and ethical ways.
All of our workshops are designed to meet key performance indicators while enhancing human potential and driving meaningful progress.
Answers
We'll comprehensively answer up to five of your questions each month via email. This will allow us to meet demand and focus all of our efforts on answering the questions that matter most.
By the end of six months, we want everyone to have a strong foundation in practically and ethically using AI to augment their current workflows. In other words, after just six months, everyone should be able to use AI to enhance their human potential and drive meaningful progress.
Of course, we'd happily continue our retainer service after six months as desired—there's always room for improvement, more use cases, and so on. That said, we hope to be so effective that you'll only want to hire us for a single workshop or a series of workshops for yearly training or a similar need.
